On Friday 12th May we held a very successful and enjoyable Auction of Promises by the kind generosity of Sarah and Ed Neish at Old Park Farm. We were raising money to fund Anna Chaplaincy and Youth Work in the Parish. We raised in excess of £3000 – well done to everyone!
We have just heard that the Sponsored Walk in aid of The Alton Anna Chaplaincy raised an amazing £2457. Congratulations to all the participants and especially to Kate Dando for so brilliantly organising it all.

As is our custom on the 5th Sunday of the month we took a collection to support our brothers and sisters in Karamoja. I am pleased to say we raised £511.70. The Deanery Karamoja Link Committee are really very grateful to the people of the Parish of the Resurrection.
