We hope that you will find this web site, describing the life of the Christian Community that lives in Alton, Holybourne and Beech, and worships in the churches of The Parish of the Resurrection, informative and that it will inspire you to think anew about what it means to live the Christian life in the 21st century.The Anglican Parish of the Resurrection worships and reaches out to the local community from four church buildings. These churches include: The ancient church of St Lawrence dating from 1070, the Victorian church of All Saints, The Medieval Church of The Holy Rood in Holybourne and the ‘ Tin Tabernacle’ church of St Peter’s situated in the village of Beech. The Parish is also in covenant relationship with Alton Methodist Church to jointly undertake mission and ministry in the Greater Alton area.
